Chris Brown sexual assault lawsuit dismissed after singer settles out of court
A sexual assault lawsuit against Chris Brown was dismissed after the singer has settled out of court.
In 2018, an unknown woman identified as Jane Doe filed a lawsuit against Brown, alleging she had been raped multiple times by a guy named Lowell Grissom Jr. while attending a celebration at the singer’s home at February 2017.
The criticism, as described in a previous announcement made by Gloria Allred, one of those woman’s alleged battery attorneys life, gender violence, assault, intentional infliction of mental distress and neglect, and much more.
“The lawsuit alleges that while she had been Brown’s home, the prosecution became the victim of horrible sexual assault, which are described in our litigation,” Allred explained during a press conference recorded by TMZ. “This is only one of the sexual assault cases that I have seen along with our customer Jane Doe has been severely traumatised by what she had been forced to suffer. ”
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Jane Doe filed a dismissal a week for many parties involved. Pitchfork confirmed the dismissal via records filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court on April 16.

Now, it’s been reported by E! News the woman’s attorney, Gloria Allred has confirmed that Brown independently settled the lawsuit.
This past year, Chris Brown was involved in a back and forth with all Scottish band Chvrches following comments they made about him an “abuser. ”
The Glasgow group took to sociable media to express their disappointment in recent collaborator Marshmello‘so choice to work with both Tyga along with Chris Brown.
“We are really mad, disappointed and confused by Marshmello’s best choice to work with Tyga along with Chris Brown,” the band, that awakened with the EDM artist on ‘Here With Me’, said. “We like and respect Mello as a person but working with individuals that are predators and abusers enables, excuses and tacitly endorses that behavior. That is not. ”

Making a comment on one of the Instagram posts, Brown fired back composing in an Instagram post: “BUNCH OF LOSERS. These are the sort of people I wish walked in the front of a bus full of patients. Maintain groveling on you have insecurities and love. IM BLACK AND PROUD. AND I KNOW ITS HURTS THAT U GUYS ARE STRUGGLING WIT LIFE OR PEACE SO U ARE FORCED TO SEE MY SUCCESS.
