“I’ve coped with depression and suicidal ideation because I was seven years old, and that’s something I’ve been very vocal about. I’ve talked about it for several years. So, I’m grateful I’ve had the help and the staff about me to help me get through this time. And that which I just want everyone else to understand is I’ve been there and also you are able to get past it too. It can be very, very dim, but we must bear in mind that we’re able to ’t seek permanent solutions for temporary troubles, because life ebbs and flows. And just as joy can be fleeting, sadness also. Thus, we must hold onto that hope, and we all must just keep fighting powering through. ”
