Marshmello’s $350,000 Truck Stolen For Joyride and Chased By Police

This past year, Marshmello got a ridiculously big and costly truck, and yesterday is was apparently stolen from a dealership and carried on a joyride that turned into a police pursuit.

The $350,000 Hennessey VelociRaptor 6×6 was stolen from a dealership service bay and finished up in a police chase on the roads of Los Angeles.

“Thanks to a turning radius someplace between a container ship and a midsize ranch home,” writes Jalopnik, “a gigantic 6×6 truck is a dreadful alternative for evading cops, at least in a metropolitan setting. ”

LAPD told local news the burglar rode to the dealership on a bike and threw it in the truck bed before taking the car, which you can sort of see from the first tweet below. After attempting to make a turn on a narrow street, the driver crashed the vehicle into a light rod and disabled the car, letting cops to apprehend him.

The suspect hasn’t yet been recognized, and, according to the sheriff’s department, may happen to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Perhaps not the ideal turn radius with this vehicle. pic.twitter.com/LE3JK6xHEn
