TroyBoi & Destructo, “You& & rsquo;re the One for Me”

Girl, we have been overly cooped up in the house, and it’s time to get some release. The vaccines are flowing, so the sunlight is shining, and we want everyone to get out there and roller disco. Luckily, TroyBoi and Destructo are on that exact wavelength, dropping a synth sizzlin’ slit of neo-funk heaven. “You& & rsquo;re The One For Me” slips through your speakers with the poise and elegance of a Studio 54 core transplant. Dark robot vocals whisper sweet nothings in your ear, directing you toward the light-up dance floor of your dreams.   It’s among the perkiest matters we’ve ever heard from either of these producers in years, with just a hint of that classically-chonky TroyBoi half-time in the end. “You& & rsquo;re The One For Me” is out on Destructo’s All My Friends tag. Now, let’s throw any glitter on our faces and have a freak out. — KAT BEIN

LP Giobbi effort. Kaleena Zanders, “Carry Us”

On her newest , “Carry Us,” LP Giobbi takes hold of the temperature dial, turns that dial up all the way until it breaks down and then just keeps cranking temps greater by sheer force of will until the whole generation is warm to the touch and scorching into the ear pockets. Giobbi’s signature piano house production here has tremendous urgency, together with the track giving enormous peaktime energy from the hop and iron-lunged vocals from house vocalist phenom Kaleena Zanders hitting maximum effect. With the track published in honor of Pride month, Zanders’ lyrics center on husband, unity and brotherhood, taking every other, climbing mountains and becoming stronger.   “Watching her produce, produce and write was a magic experience for me because it felt as though it came out of an area beyond this planet,” Giobbi claims of Zanders’ function on the track. “It forced me to measure up and meet her to attempt as best as I could to create a track from which her message will soar. ” Honestly in the event that you don’t feel at least a tiny bit stronger after listening to the one, you could just want to play with it over again. — KATIE BAIN

DJ Seinfeld, “U Already Know”

“If the first album was about getting past a separation, this one is trying to understand that ’s standing on the finish line,” writes Swedish manufacturer DJ Seinfeld of the newly declared second LP, Mirrors. Its lead single, “U Already Know,” seems celebratory yet melancholic, and possibly even hopeful — a mess of emotions at which you’re not sure where one ends and another starts. What’s apparent is that the track is a summertime holiday anthem in waitingwith its Italo-disco whimsy, engulfing alien-funk bassline and glowing synth melodies noodling directly into the stratosphere such as balloons released into the skies. Mirrors is scheduled for launch on September 3 through Ninja Tune. — KRYSTAL RODRIGUEZ

When you’re feeling unmotivated and needing a morale boost, play with Snakehips’ new song on repeat. “Run It Up” would be the UK duo’s fresh alliance with Atlanta rappers Earthgang, and additionally, it marks the launch of their Never Worry tag. The tune ’s bumpin’ house groove brings sunshine-soaked piano keys along with excellent vibes, while Earthgang’s legends provide self-confidence in surges using their sing-song flow. “I’m so unique, rare, difficult to find … just one of a kind baby and it’s not problematic,” they all announce. Braggadocious? Possibly. Catchy as hell? Most definitely. — K.R.

Monolink, “Laura”

The German manufacturer and multi-instrumentalist today drops his exceptional sophomore LP, Under Darkening Skies, that opens with the dark seven-minute opus “Laura. ” Combining beats, synths, guitar and everything sounds like it might be a theramin, the manufacturer assembles a full scale jam constructed for all those magical moments before sunrise, as dark turns to light and the ambiance is thick as molasses. Giving shades of Darkside along with Zhu’s most recent album, the track is excellent for a very long drive or to get just dancing with your eyes shut. — K. Bain
