Marshmello is a better name for Christopher Comstock. He is a DJ and professional producer of electronic music. His songs have been honored with numerous awards as well as being certified multi-platinum in various countries. Many of his tracks made it onto the Billboard Hot 100 where they were listed among the top 30. Since the beginning of the 2000s, he has been an established name in the electronic music industry. But, some aren’t sure who he is and what is his work.

While the identity of the mysterious DJ remains unknown, Katie Couric’s 2015 interview revealed that Marshmello is the real deal. The DJ was wearing a gigantic Marshmello helmet and appeared on stage front of an audience. During the interview, he spotted the caller’s ID, which read Chris Comstock and answered the phone with the name “Marshmello”. This led to a furious outrage on the show, since Marshmello is not an artist.
