Together with the audio producers of the world all largely holed up in their studios as the coronavirus pandemic forces global social distancing, Alesso chose to Twitter to show how to build a significant area EDM hit. It s fairly simple, as it turns out!

The tongue-in-cheek clip breaks the process down to six simple steps: “locate a few chords, create a horrible bassline, play a melody with a lot of delay, then add a lot of layers of the same melody, create your own kickdrum, locate a buddy who can write a topline in just two minutes” along with “voila” the Swedish manufacturer writes, you now get a normal dilemma mainstage banger all of your own.
